What time do your courses start?

Weekday Daytime courses 10.00am or 11.00am and can finish at 1pm or 2pm depending upon the class.
Weekday Evening Courses 6.30pm – 9.30pm.
Weekend Courses Start at 10.00am or 2pm and can end at different times during the day depending upon the class.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

For most classes all equipment and materials are provided and included within the cost. If you do need to bring anything with you then this will be mentioned at the end of the class description on the individual workshop page. We supply all the equipment including sewing machines, scissors, pins etc.

Will I Recieve Confirmation That My Place Is Reserved?

When you place an order for a workshop online you will recieve an email confirmation that your order have been recieved and is being processed. This is confirmation that your place has been reserved. If you havn’t received it, check your junk or trash folders before contacting us. We do not send mobile phone text messages or postal confirmation of your reservation. If you have booked for a course in the shop then your receipt acts as confirmation of your reservation. Regardless of how you have paid, we will endevour to send you a reminder email upto 24 hours before the class start about the course, who your tutor will be and any other pertinent information that you may need, although this is not guaranteed.  It’s your responsiblity to ensure you know what time and date to attend your class. Requests for refunds or transfers as a result of non attandance will not be entered into.

What Should I Do If I Cannot Attend?

We’re sorry that you’re not able to attend your course but due to the special nature of our workshops and the very limited enrolment, classes are non-refundable and there are no transfers or reschedules. Please check your diary before you enrol. If for any reason we need to cancel a class then we would look to transfer you to an alternative class or offer you a full refund.

I've Been Given A Voucher - Can I Use It In The Shop?

Yes – vouchers purchased online or in store can be used in both locations. Vouchers have a 6 month validity and can only be used once. Any remaining unspent funds are forfiet. For more information about our vouchers, check out our vouchers page .

I'd Like To Provide Feedback - How Do I Do It?

All of our classes allow you to leave a review of your experience of your class. Simply goto to the class you attended and click on the “review” tab on the page to fill in the form. Once completed and confirmed we will send you a thank you coupon for money off your next class. These vouchers are not available to use in the shop or on products other than classes. Only reviews made in this way will recieve a voucher.
